Forgot to screw lug nuts on We live in Vacaville but bought our 2016 Tundra in Roseville so continued to make the hour drive for routine maintenance. However on 5/5/18 upon driving away the rear passenger tire was slipping off the rotar as lug nuts were never secured by service dept which caused a damaged rim, brake/rotar and had to leave truck there for 4 days while these repirs were corrcted. Terrible experience 3 hours for a tire rotation and the car wash scuffed my paint. The lady at the desk took my keys and my name and then moved my car to the service gara 3 hours for a tire rotation and the car wash scuffed my paint.
