This was a first time incident for both Toyota and me and was successful due to Chris’ creative coordination skills and comprehensive communication throughout the entire process. When I rendezvoused with Alex at the cashier's spot, a lady named Kristina handled some of the paperwork, and tho' she said little, I could tell that she, too, was a most outstanding representative of a truly outstanding corporation. And, this lady, Kristina, had a dulcet smile that could illuminate a sizable city. In closing, my profound thanks to the estimable manager, Sir Cole.
