Always had great service. I have a concern about my warranty. have paperwork that shows I bought a 7 year warranty but my advisor says I only have a 5 year warranty and it expi I have a concern about my warranty. have paperwork that shows I bought a 7 year warranty but my advisor says I only have a 5 year warranty and it expires in 2024.my service invoice clearly says expires August 2026.Advisor says doesn’t matter.What’s going on? My car was scheduled for a safety recall resolution. The entire experience was pleasant, the Service Department seems like an efficient operation, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and welcoming. Paul was my service adviser, and he was quite accommodating and a really nice guy. It was a pleasure to meet him. I cannot really rate the quality of the work, not knowledgeable enough to know, but it appears to have been done as planned in a timely manner. I was offered a ride home or whatever I needed, but chose to enjoy spending some time in Roseville! Pretty great day overall. More
