Everytime we go in to have our regular service done, Toyota seems to nickel-and-dime us. The past couple of visits, we were told repairs needed to be done totaling $4,260. Very disappointed. 0.5/10 would not recommend. Horrible customer service. They were harassing me with phone calls and even CALLED MY WORK. Which is a hospital, by the way. My boss had to tell them to stop customer service. They were harassing me with phone calls and even CALLED MY WORK. Which is a hospital, by the way. My boss had to tell them to stop calling work because it’s a medical setting. None of them wear masks properly. So if you want to catch covid, feel free to take a trip here. Just make sure they don’t take advantage of you. Because you know, they definitely tend to do that. More
