Is sales person going to really do it Sales person asked me what I had to have. I told him 2 things that I really wanted. When we're done and ready to go and they didn't schedule appointment to bring the van back I started to figure out that I probably wasn't getting what I wanted but I told myself that they would schedule in morning as I needed to bring in some information in the morning and it would be dealt with in the morning. Well it wasn't and I am becoming more and more unhappy. I am having trouble getting the back gate closed and thinking about what it is going to take to fix it and how much to also get tow kit installed. More
