We were concerned a dealer would cost too much so we went to a small business and got shafted when replacing an engine on my sons Forerunner.. the noi We were concerned a dealer would cost too much so we went to a small business and got shafted when replacing an engine on my sons Forerunner.. the noise was so loud, we didnt hear the brake problem and ended up having to spend $1,600 for rotors, brakes and caliper! Toyata service agent Paul was amazing.. very helpful and even diagnosed the problem with the engine replacement! He put it in writing so we can try to get reimbursement for the work that needs to be done on the engine! The brakes are perfect, the work is guaranteed and we trust the diagnosis.. we took it there once before and our agent was Connor, we had the same wonderful result! We highly recommend the services at this location! More
