Unorganized and a waste of time After multiple visits with this group each experience has worsened. The last experience was the tipping point. Appointment set up and the car was dropped off. We received a call indicating that the wrong part was purchased and that the vehicle is ready for pickup. When my husband arrived there was no apology, no resolution and this was from their manager. This team needs to get organized and improve their customer service. I would not recommend this dealership. More
