I went to Ross Downing to have my Saab serviced and I actually paid less than I was quoted. That made me very happy! They also pointed out a bad tire and recommended I rotate it to the back until I could actually paid less than I was quoted. That made me very happy! We had never visited Ross Downing before. We went to look at a new vehicle. The service was great, no pressure and very laid back. It felt like we were visiting old friends, not buying a new car. I was a first time car buyer from New Orleans and knew exactly what kind of car I wanted. Ross downing Chevrolet had a good selection so that's where I headed. A different car at another lot caught my eye on the way to Hammond, so I stopped and talked to the dealer about it. He wasnt interesed in negotiating and had little knowledge of the car. I left and went to Ross Downing to continue shopping and found exactly what I was looking for. Jayson Bernius was my salesperson and knew everything about the car I asked. I was still trying to decide on which car I wanted and Jayson allowed me to take their car to lunch to weigh my options. I decided on the G6 from Ross Downing and we began negotiating a price and filling out credit applications to get financed. Ryan Hess worked for me on two separate days to get me the car. Eventually something worked and I got to drive away in a G6. I could not have asked for nicer people willing to do more for me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! More

Excellent experience (for both new Corvettes - one bought 7 years ago and one bought recently). I wish the dealer was a little closer to Orange, TX !
