Never let them "look" at your car. State Farm insurance recommended this dealer for a possible claim on my insurance. It had been looked at by a tire company that charged me $30, to ch State Farm insurance recommended this dealer for a possible claim on my insurance. It had been looked at by a tire company that charged me $30, to check it out, but they weren't able to fix it, so it was towed to this dealership. I was charged $294, for a 2 hour diagnostic check, for a hole in a hose. State Farm needs to wake up and find another recommendation for it's customer, but this was totally a rip off, to hold my car hostage until the fee was paid. More

I went to Ross Downing to have my Saab serviced and I actually paid less than I was quoted. That made me very happy! They also pointed out a bad tire and recommended I rotate it to the back until I could actually paid less than I was quoted. That made me very happy!
