BUYER BEWARE! I bought a dodge challenger from this location about a year ago. They keep threatening to register it to a different state if I do not pay a fee that was paid over a year ago before they released the vehicle. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Scam artists. Long story short, salesman only sent me a partial carfax and failed to mention a more serious accident on record. It wasn't until I sent my VIN to another dealer that this was found out. Additionally, and literally coming off the lot, the Idler pulley had to be replaced, the back windshield wiper motor had to be replaced and they hadn't even changed the oil... oh, and it took over 3 months to get my tag from them and the temporary tagss they sent each time usually arrived late to the point where they were almost expired (one time resulting me in getting pulled over!). "Ironically", the salesman that sold me the car was also fired a week after I bought my vehicle. When trying to resolve this issue with their upper management, I simply got a "you signed it, sorry." Will not respond to emails or calls anymore either and obviously refuse to do anything about this. Will be reporting the BBB as well. Do yourself a favor and SATY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS POSSIBLE. More

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a transmission service. They told me that the water pump was "gushing coolant" and I needed a new pump and thermostat. They quoted $1100. I told them to just service the transmission, and I would come back for the other. I was charged $500 for the transmission service. After leaving, I went to a mechanic I trust to check out the water pump issue. He asked me and my husband to come look with him. The pump and surrounding area was bone dry. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. I consider this attempted fraud. I gave them 2 stars because the transmission service seems to be doing fine, which was why I went in. I will say, our regular mechanic said it should have been around $300 for a transmission service. He doesn't have the equipment to do a flush or I would have had him do it. I won't be going to Encore again because they lied about a needed repair and overcharged me. More
