I walk in on a Saturday w/o an appointment they were so busy. I asked for Peggy she was there in an instant, she was with another client so she introduced me to Andy. Andy and I toured the new car lot and narrowed down my interest to 2 cars. Took a ride in a 2018 Equinox LT and I loved it. Andy answered all my questions (his patience is to be admired) explained every button, dial and special features of my car. Peggy, Tim, and Ashley provided additional support which sealed the deal. Every person and department I dealt with went out of their way to make my new car a positive experience. I picked up my car on Monday and smiled the whole trip home, in fact I am still smiling. We originally went just to check out the 2018 Chevy Traverse AWD Premier, but did not plan to purchase now All the folks at Rossi were very pleasant. We originally went just to check out the 2018 Chevy Traverse AWD Premier, but did not plan to purchase now. Worked with Dave Lucia of Rossi and he explained everything about the car plus we took a test drive. He made a very good offer at that time with the GMC Supplier price plus the rebate and added dealer cash, but we were not ready. Did some more research on-line. Had 2 additional dealers compete for our business. Dave really wanted our business and made a great offer which we finally accepted. Two weeks after our initial meeting, we purchased the car from Dave. We are very happy that things worked out such that we were about to purchase from a local dealership. More

Great experience. My experience began with an online inquiry. The correspondence from the beginning was excellent. All my questions were answered and there was no hard sell to try and get me to come visit the dealership. I made an appointment to test drive the car and when I got there the car was ready. There was no wait or scramble to find the car. Dave Lucia was incredibly personable and easy to deal with. He listened and presented solutions to each of my concerns. The entire time he had a "can do" attitude and he delivered the exact car I was looking for! I also want to give a shout out to Steven Polaski...he walked me through the car and even sent me an email with a link to add my new car to my EZ pass account....I never would have thought about that...Nice touch!
