I decided it was time for a new vehicle and I had friends who just purchased an Infiniti from Roswell. I mentioned to them how my husband and I were in the market and they highly recommended Derrick Baker. T who just purchased an Infiniti from Roswell. I mentioned to them how my husband and I were in the market and they highly recommended Derrick Baker. They mentioned that they have purchased several vehicles from him and that a relative referred him to them years ago and they wouldn't go to anyone else. After hearing this I gave the dealership a call and spoke to Mr. Baker and he was very professional and I scheduled an appointment to see him. I initially went in by myself being that my husband was at work at the time. I walked and asked for Mr. Baker, he was extremely busy with customers while the other salesmen did not seem to be. He came over greeted me, offered me water and handed me the keys, walked me to the vehicle we discussed on the phone and let me know he would be right back. He went to make sure his other customers were taken care of so he could give his attention to me. I had to wait no time before he gave me his undivided attention and showed me a couple of options with different QX56. He was extremely knowledgable on the products and a very easy guy to work with. He would make you laugh and no pressure. He didn't play the back and forth car games, he was honest and upfront and gave me an excellent deal. What I liked about Derrick was that he never let me know that he was the Internet Manager the whole time speaking to him. In my past experience with other dealerships if you were working with the manager they had a sense of arrogance to them like as if they had to make it known they have a title and they have the final word. Derrick never made me feel that way and I didn't find out his title until I received his business card. He then set up a time for my husband to come in and take a look at the vehicle I decided on and didn't pressure me to buy right then being that I was a female by myself. The next day my husband and I came in and purchased the QX56 from Derrick and my husband felt the same professional low pressure sales from Mr. Baker. I see why my friends referred him to me. My experience with Derrick made my experience with Roswell Infiniti a pleasure and I would recommend this dealership and especially Derrick Baker to anyone. More
This is the second time in less than a year of owning my new QX56 I have had issues with the service department. Both times I have been told it would be DAYs or I would have to leave my car before they coul new QX56 I have had issues with the service department. Both times I have been told it would be DAYs or I would have to leave my car before they could look at it. I was actually getting my oil changed today and my check engine light came on during my trip to the dealership. I have two children under two years old with me and they would not even run a diagnostic while I was there to see what was wrong. I was willing to wait however long in order to make sure nothing was wrong. They would rather me make an appointment and leave my car then make sure I am safe to drive my car with two children. Bruce, the manager, wouldn't even come out to talk to me after I asked multiple times to speak to him. If you want service done do not go to Roswell Infiniti I have never been treated so bad and in front of my two small children. More
My wife and I went Roswell Infiniti to lease a new 52k vehicle. We knew exactly what we wanted in the model, color, interior and the like. Our salesman, James Hill, was very courteous and respectful. We told him upfront what our other offer was and what we were willing to pay. We also said we had 1 hour to make the deal and go as we had young children with a sitter. All was going great UNTIL, Kip Cramer got involved. Within 30 seconds my wife and I were turned off by his rude and abrasive behavior. When we showed him the offer from the other dealer, he told us about how no one would sell a car for that price and we were basically morons for listening to anyone else. I asked him again if he would do the price and he went ballistic on us, telling us we were fools and that no one in their right mind would give us that deal and that we didn't understand math. After a minute of loud obnoxious yelling, my wife stepped up and said we need to leave. I told James he was very nice and that Kip was the reason we would not buy a car from Roswell Infiniti. As I was walking out the door, kip decided to get in my face and tell me further how stupid my wife and I were. Finally, I told him he was a jerk and that he should never be in a customer service business and he told me to F@@k Off!! I was flabbergasted at this statement and told him I was going to call his boss and he said, "do whatever the F@@k you want!" After a few choice words, I realized they still had my car and asked James for it and upon walking to get the key, Kip made a gesture of swinging a punch at me. I told him if he attempted that, I would own the dealership. James was in amazement and his look was of utter disbelief at the way Kip was handling the situation. This was by far the most disturbing encounter I have ever had in the business world and I will never ever recommend Roswell to anyone ever again in my life!!! More
Contacted Jack Wyatt directly based on previous positive reviews on dealerrater, and Jack was as advertised: prompt in returning calls, knoweldgable about car I was interested in, didn't waste my time with reviews on dealerrater, and Jack was as advertised: prompt in returning calls, knoweldgable about car I was interested in, didn't waste my time with the typical sales drill (i.e., didn't "hold me hostage" at the dealership trying to keep me from going elsewhere), communicated effectively and was direct in terms of what he needed from me to frame possible deal terms to I could make a decision. Generally speaking the dealership may be less competitive on price than some other Infiniti dealerships in the metro area, but the trade off is that you don't have an aggressive saleperson/sales manager to fend off before you can leave the lot. Overall a pleasant and fairly painless experience both on that day and in following weeks as Jack and others at the dealership contacted me to make sure the new car was working out well and to see if there were any follow up questions about car operation/systems, etc. I would recommend both Jack Wyatt and Roswell Infiniti to others looking for a new Infiniti. More
We were fortunate to work with Jeff Hoffman when leasing our Infinity. He was extremely professional and courteous. For the first and only time in my life thus far, I got 2 new cars in a week. I came out of a lease for an Infiniti G37 coupe and an Audi Q5 and went into leases for a 2013 JX35 and 2013 G37S. The only reason I took back to back Saturday afternoons to do this was because of my dealings with Jack Wyatt. Jack single handedly restored my faith in the car sales industry. I hate even referring to him in that context because he is a gentleman who knows his business and gets the job done. With other dealers leading up to my initial meeting with Jack, that couldn't have been further from the truth. I should have started at Roswell Infiniti because that is where I leased my first Infiniti but wasn't sure if the pricing on another one would work out.....especially with now being a father and cash flow being tighter. Jack and the Roswell Infiniti leasing/finance team are top notch and I highly recommend the dealer as a place to consider when looking for a new car. More

I specifically would like to acknowledge my sales person Jack Wyatt regarding my lease of my new G37. Jack is an absolute professional and has made the lease process easy and stress free. I first started with Jack on the phone before I came in to the dealership. He is a very friendly and an extremely knowledgeable sales person. He was very respectful of my time and the entire deal was done in record time. He also returns phone calls and e-mails immediately! I have leased several cars over the last 20 years for both myself and my wife and I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealer! Here is a breakdown of the time it took to discuss and close the deal. Phone Time - Approx. 7 phone conversations - 10 minutes E-mails – A few e-mail exchanges with immediate responses – 5 minutes Visiting the showroom to evaluate my old car and discuss specifics - 30 min Returning the next day to pickup up my NEW car and drop of my old one 30 MIN! Yes 30 min, I’m still amazed by this as I planned to be there for at least 2 hours. TOTAL TIME – 1 Hour and 15 minutes. I will definitely return to Roswell Infiniti at the end of my two year lease to lease another car. Jack and the Roswell Team has made me a very satisfied customer! Thank you! More
We bought a new JX35 from Roswell Infiniti. I meant to write this letter sooner, but I have been very ill for the past few months. I am on the mend now, and I really want to tell you why we bought our new JX35. Jack Wyatt was our sales person. We bought the vehicle because of Jack. He is an incredible sales person. His "no pressure" style is perfect. Further, his customer service in excellent. He in extremely knowledgeable about this new car. He truly understands cars and more importantly he understands people. We were looking to buy a car, but not necessarily an Infiniti, or a new JX35. But, Jack was wonderful and showed us the value of the car for our family. In the short period of time we spent together, he became a trusted friend. He is a terrific asset to Roswell Infiniti and a great Ambassador for Infiniti as a whole. Was in market for new or low mile used Infiniti G37 convertable. Roswell Infiniti was not only very price competitive, but made the gap between new and used to the point that new was by far the best convertable. Also, we were looking for a specific color / option combination. No other local dealer could find a unit as we wanted. Roswell Infiniti did so and we got the exact car we were looking for!!
