"I’ll be back!"

I brought my 2014 QX60 to the Service Department for resolution of a concern and had a very satisfying experience. Mark promised to resolve my concern and he did. In the process I fell in love with my loaner. Just for kicks, I inquired about purchasing it. In short, in a very brief time, Rusty Rabia transformed my inquiry into a sale. He made the often painful experience of buying a new car actually enjoyable and overcame a long list of my objections. I’ll be back to RI service and sales with confidence.

"Most Professional Experince"

I have been driving an Infiniti for almost 15 years with no more than routine service and a set of tires... the same Infiniti. So there's no question the Infiniti brand is excellent and dependable. This is what I missed out on when I purchased my first Infiniti.
