Very good overall experience. Bob was knowledgeable about the car even though it wasn't an infinity (it was an Acura). He was very friendly both on the phone and in person. He was exceptionally professional and NOT HIGH PRESSURE. The only improvement I can recommend is to be able to accept either wire transfers or debit cards on the weekend. I bought this car on a Saturday and didn't have my checkbook. I rarely use it. In any case, it took about 45 minutes to finally approve a debit card for my down payment. It really should be easier to accept a down payment electronically. More

Fact is, he can get me almost any type of car I'm interested in regardless of make or model; and he can be extremely competitive on price. It's been my experience that some car salesmen try to sell you what they want you to buy, but Derrick listens to what the customer says and then tries to assist him with the purchase.
