Always a positive experience I'm consistently pleased with the professional nature of the employees in the Roswell Infiniti service center. In particular, I appreciate how readil I'm consistently pleased with the professional nature of the employees in the Roswell Infiniti service center. In particular, I appreciate how readily they offer/provide a new or nearly-new loaner vehicle when mine requires work of any meaningful duration. The drive-up oil change service is also a fantastic benefit since it is very difficult for me to schedule and keep a specific appointment for such a simple/routine service. Finally, while it's a relatively minor point -- they do a great job cleaning my car after any service, which is something I've noticed many dealerships promise but few do well. More

Oil Change Escalation I pay a premium for an Infiniti oil change already and have made this choice since purchasing the vehicle new from Roswell Infiniti. Then I looked at I pay a premium for an Infiniti oil change already and have made this choice since purchasing the vehicle new from Roswell Infiniti. Then I looked at my bill closer that turned into $180. Top of fluids at any other oil service center is N/C. Infiniti = $4.99 for wash solvent and I know it wasn't low because I never use it. The real ripoff occurred when I finally decided to let Infiniti change the cabin filter. $112 to replace a filter you had already pulled to show me how dirty it was. And $50 for a filter that I can buy for $15-$25 (most expensive I could find). Shame on me for approving it. But a reminder to be a more informed consumer, More

Over the top service I recently went in for an emergency service because of a blown tire (I hit a curb). They were incredibly accommodating. I was given a lot of reassur I recently went in for an emergency service because of a blown tire (I hit a curb). They were incredibly accommodating. I was given a lot of reassurance that if they were not able to replace my tire, I would have a loaner car at my disposal. It was very stressful to worry about my safety and the inconvenience of losing my vehicle, even for a day. They put all of those worries to rest. The service was truly excellent. More

Didn’t recognize the issues I brought my car in for vibration in the steering. The diagnosis was that one of the tires were not perfectly round and that tire was moved from the f I brought my car in for vibration in the steering. The diagnosis was that one of the tires were not perfectly round and that tire was moved from the front to the back. The vibration didn’t go totally away but it was much better. Later that week I inspected one of the other tires and discovered a large dry rot crack in the side wall four to five inches long. I can’t fathom how this was not seen. I chose to replace all four tires at BJ’s Auto center. The technician there said the tires were a mess, there were too many weights on the tire. Like someone forgot to remove the old weights when they balanced the tires. He also said the tires were “directional “ and two of the four were rotated into the wrong sides and were on backward. I know the Infinity tech didn’t balance the old tires but how did he miss the dry rot and the bad balancing job? More
