First & foremost this a lengthy review, albeit it will depict the professionalism & dedication demonstrated by Calen “Cal” Vander Vlucht. I was referred to him via Brookleynn Avery during my initial conta depict the professionalism & dedication demonstrated by Calen “Cal” Vander Vlucht. I was referred to him via Brookleynn Avery during my initial contact & inquiry about the vehicle I was very interested in purchasing. Cal very quickly contacted me to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle, which included pictures of the engine compartment & the undercarriage (as those pictures were not originally posted on the dealer website). Later that same day he texted me pictures from his cell phone of the engine compartment & several pictures underneath each side of the car from the front wheel to the rear wheel. The next day I requested if he could have the vehicle placed on a lift in the service bay to take a video from the front of the engine to the rear, down one side then up the other side, which he graciously had for me within a few hours! He also include a video of the perimeter of the car from the front bumper to the rear bumper for a 360 degree view around the vehicle. It was very helpful in determining the quality & care of both the undercarriage & exterior paint. Lastly, the following day he recorded a video of the car’s performance (with another co-worker driving the vehicle) to capture the sound of the engine, exhaust & displays of all gauges. I was quite firmly impressed with the quality of the videos, documentation provided & constant contact with Cal since I was purchasing the vehicle out of state. Cal went “above & beyond” with all my questions, requests & considerations during the 4 days prior to officially purchasing the vehicle. Scott Rutkowski was also very helpful with compiling & sending all the necessary documentation for the purchase order. Cal even answered his phone on his “day off” with a quick question I had near the end of the process. Cal was extremely professional, courteous, reliable, & available via phone, email & text at every point. I sincerely appreciate his kind-heartedness in all his interactions I had with him in acquiring the vehicle I had been searching nationwide for the past 3 months. Service department is terrible. I have had my vehicle into this dealership for my air not working 3 times through the summer, when you need air the most. purchased a "certified" used vehicle from them with a 90 day bumper-to-bumper warranty. Brought in the van with a list of issues to be repaired including a check engine light. The service department could not or would not repair any of the items on the list and charged us $450 to run diagnostics on the check engine light for an EVAP code that they did not repair. We took the vehicle to Charlie's Dodge the following day where all of the issues including the EVAP engine issue (Purge Valve) were repaired under the certified used vehicle warranty. For those of you using their service department you will need to register a case in Perrysburg Municipal Court for Small Claims to get a refund. More

I was told by Rouen their sales guy Jake "xxxxed me" and I was essentially forced to buy a used truck with negative 10k equity. This was my THIRD vehicle with Rouen and they delivered a smoke stink bald ti I was essentially forced to buy a used truck with negative 10k equity. This was my THIRD vehicle with Rouen and they delivered a smoke stink bald tire truck. After I had to Prove to them the tires were infact BALD, I took the truck back for an "Air bomb" and new tires. They replaced the RAM factory Bridgestone dueler with cheap Sams club tires that aren't on RAMs list of acceptable tires. The truck still smells like smoke and they STOLE two in-door cup holders and the passenger side floor mat. Manager Gabby calls to pretend to be concerned, leaves a message and WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALLS. I purchased an extended warranty and I'll never be able to gt service because the COWARD SLIM BALL sales staff know they screwed me over. I am thoroughly disgusted with this dealership and their shady employees. More
