We attempted to buy a car on 3/27 at 8 PM but walked away when the OTD price didn't match what was agreed upon. Sales Manager Chase Abrego reacted by mocking us as "first-time buyers" and calling us "rough b when the OTD price didn't match what was agreed upon.
