The guy who was dealing with my service was absent the day of service and there was a great lack of communication. I declined the service online, the next day when I went to pick my truck up it was being day of service and there was a great lack of communication. I took my vehicle in on a Friday morning (scheduled appt) and didn’t hear much back, unless I reached out. My car was not actually seen until Saturday afternoon. So I’m not sure what the purpose of having a scheduled appointment if my vehicle is not going to be worked on within that timeframe. Also, the work was covered under warranty however I was charged $100 that I was not made aware of until I actually picked up my vehicle. I got other work done that was not covered and was made aware of the price of that but when I arrived, it was $100 more. The manager did not offer $50 but it’s still the point of not letting me know upfront about the cost. More
