Took car in for service with bad misfire. Error code p300 and p304. Signifying random misfire and cylinder 4 misfire. Mechanic replaced injector number 4, EFI and throttle body service. Shor Error code p300 and p304. Signifying random misfire and cylinder 4 misfire. Mechanic replaced injector number 4, EFI and throttle body service. Shortly before car pick up was called informed of bad oxygen sensor, $400, that would cause check engine illumination. Refused. Picked up car, $1200 for service completed, runs fine, no check engine light. Drove less than 100 miles, misfire again. P301 this time indicating #1 cylinder misfire. Replaced 5 remaining injectors. No error codes, running strong. More
Bought my 2016 Nissan Pro4x and have had it serviced at RRN since. I have always been impressed with the service and find that the cost is about the same across the board with other shops. The worst place to have your car serviced. Always issues, attitudes, diagnose false claims then don't fixed the problems. Service department could care less about keeping your car to inconvenience you. General manager does not return calls when leaving voice messages. Wait more than 1/2 hour just to get connected to the service department. Have to ask the receptionist to go over to the service department just to get someone to answer your call. Service reps tells you to take your car somewhere else if you don't like Nissan service. Made suggestions with the service reps to help save time getting my car services but they didn't care they said we can charge you for ordering parts and restocking fees if I don't get the vehicle serviced after waiting a week with my car sitting at the Round Rock Nissan location. I won't buy another car from Round Rock Nissan if they gave it to me for $5. The worse place to do business with and they say they care about the customers. They care more about you giving them a good review that servicing your vehicle. More

Looked me right in the eyes and lied to me, without even a pause. They've done it before , I'm sure since they were so comfortable with it. Did not even apologize for their sneaky lying tactics when I had to return the very next morning to straighten out the mess they made of my financing!!! Acted like it was MY FAULT!!! More
