Hello Brandon, this sounds like the same respond I got the 1st time after continuously having problems with Nissan Round Rock it begins to sound like a broken record nothing has been resolved since the 1st time. Its pretty much the same issues not to mention trying to get in contact with you that never happened on the most important time when my car was in your facility. I lost a lot of money from work to provide for my family while my car was held up at your facility. thats unacceptable and Brandon you never returned my call nor tried to reach out to me. You are the General manager Brandon and I expected more on your level. Now you are responding and this sounds like the same respond I got the 1st time after continuously having problems with Nissan Round Rock. It begins to sound like a broken record we want to make things better as a valued customer when nothing has been resolved since the 1st time I came. It only got worse this time and again not to mention trying to get in contact with you never happened on a most important time where I lost a lot of money from work to provide for my family living needs. I can say Eric in the service department was very nice but nice doesn't and didn't fix my car. I will say my tone changed with Eric and I didn't like his respond when he said I can call the warranty company myself. I also didn't like Eric telling me I can come and pick up the car and bring it back later just to be delayed and shut down again without my vehicle. I think the only thing that could make this right is for Nissan to honer my pre- approved letter with another vehicle maybe this will allow me to have a backup vehicle to avoid missing work when I have to leave my car to be servised by Round Rock Nissan. But im not sure ifI would want to spend my money to purchase at Round Rock Nissan if I have to keep going through this if my car needs maintenance service. I really want what I have encountered at Round Rock Nissan to find my complaints to the highest level of Corporate CEO of Nissan. I will reach out to the General manager in our family to see how far and what I need to do to be heard. I work very hard for my money and paid a big portion of my earnings to Round Rock Nissan.
