The Round Rock Nissan service department, specifically Derrian, took great care of me in a time of panic. I had just gotten a flat after hitting much road hazard Hebrew on a major freeway. The warning lights in my car told me so right away and I ended up taking the next exit and pulling over into an empty parking lot. The thing is, I purchased 4 new tires from Nissan a few months back and I bought the warranty/insurance on them. So, I knew I had to get the very flat 1 PSI tire replaced by Nissan and I knew I needed a tow. I was in a different city than my home city to boot. Darrian at Round Rock Nissan service very calmly verified my recent 4 tire purchase from a different Nissan dealership, verified that they had the needed tire part in stock at Round Rock Nissan, and walked me through what I needed to do in terms of a tow wrecker. He put my mind at ease. From there, the communication from Darrian and the whole service department at Round Rock Nissan was very smooth and straightforward.
