1st experience here months ago was awesome, timely repair/service and good communication from service tech. Second experience here (yesterday) was disappointing and 7hrs long (vs 2-3). This was my second time at round rock Nissan Taking my BMW for an oil change. First time I went, I called prior to scheduling my appointment and told him when I purchased the vehicle in a different state. BMW for an oil change. They honored it for me.. This time I went and my advisor was Wayne. I told him I had a maintenance package and where I had purchased my vehicle from they offered free oil change and I told him this was my second time here with the same vehicle and it had been honored.. This time around they did not honor it and he kept repeating to me that the warranty only covered $55 and he would not cover the additional amount owed.. He was not polite. He was In a bad mood. I will no longer take my vehicle there. I contacted my dealership where I purchased the vehicle and explained to them my situation. They told me that Nissan should’ve covered my oil change.. Needless to say Wayne Ruark Is the service manager at round rock Nissan And he is not very professional. More
