I had the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership, especially the service department. The whole sales experience was top notch, but today I worked with a service department rep named Lynne dealership, especially the service department. She thought of things I would need done proactively and took care of them in advance in order to help expedite my experience. She was friendly and professional. I truly am impressed. As a business executive at a Fortune 100 company, I know service like this is rare, and she deserves to be recognized. Nissan has been wonderful as a whole too. We have purchased two new vehicles this year and will be back in the future because of these experiences. More

I bought my 2018 Altima from Round Rock Nissan a little over a year ago., They do a good job with their work. I was amazed to get some coupons in the mail. Needed an oil change.
