Was told repeatedly that it would take 2-3 days for the parts to arrive, but took 3 months. I tried to get occasionally updates since it was taking significantly longer, but couldnt get them to respond to parts to arrive, but took 3 months. I tried to get occasionally updates since it was taking significantly longer, but couldnt get them to respond to me for weeks. It wasn't until I asked for the manager (which I never even got a hold of) that everything was magically there and I could take my car in. Then it was estimated no more than a week to fix my car, but it was 3 weeks. I'm not going back there for any service. I've used them for years with the maintenance package and they're always so slow. It's not worth the headache anymore. More
