Very disappointed with car service, work wasn't completed and was told to check back after it slowed down. What's the need to schedule an appointment if work can't be completed? SERVICE VISIT

Everyone was nice but my service was bad. I went in for an oil change. Waited 2 hours. They told me at checkout they were short handed, which was no big deal. I was willing to wait. When I pu I went in for an oil change. Waited 2 hours. They told me at checkout they were short handed, which was no big deal. I was willing to wait. When I pulled off from the dealership, I noticed that my car was driving funny and smoking. Had to turn around and go back to the dealership. They took a look at it and turns out, who ever changed my oil didn’t drain out the old oil, so more oil just got put on top. They had to redone my oil change and new filter More
