I went for a service, where I explicitly stated that battery change may be required as it was recommended a year ago by another Nissan show room. And I asked them to check and let me know. Service rep s battery change may be required as it was recommended a year ago by another Nissan show room. And I asked them to check and let me know. Service rep stated that I’ll be reached out when the inspection is done. After 1.5 hrs with out discussing with me, I noticed that my car was parked outside. Then I went to representative and asked if my battery condition is good and if terminals need to be swapped. He is busy with paper work and mentioned that I’ll be called in 5-10 minutes. When I walked to car with service rep, battery leak is clearly visible under the hood. The service is completed and they didn’t even clean the battery leak. I asked for battery replacement, but the service rep states that all the engineers are packing up where the service center will be open atleast for next 1hr. More

I was very clear on my wants- have the 2021 Nissan Frontier with Vin # ready for me to test drive, and assuming no issues, I'll buy and be on my way home by lunch. Backup plan would be to test drive the Nissan Kicks. Email reply from Jason that everything would be ready, see you Fri at 10:30. That morning, I arrived about 15 min early. First hint of experience to come was girl at front desk (who honestly just wanted to get back to her Tik Tok) says no appointment, tries to call Jason, no answers. What are you here for, I'm asked. I explain, she says, oh, Jason wouldn't handle that, he's in new car sales, you need pre-owned, pages pre-owned. Here comes Ron from pre-owned. I explain my purposes, we go to his cube, finds truck on their website, goes to find key. No key to be found so Ron and I go out and look at the truck. It looks great, would have bought on the spot with no haggling but again, no key to be found. Ron goes back inside, I'm still looking over truck, I go back inside and am told, that truck was sold about 30 min before you got here. Reason no key is the new owner is in financing getting paperwork squared away right now. I let Ron know I'm very displeased, we find another truck just like it, he'll make a really good deal on it, let's go look at it. We go out back, get about 15 feet away, Ron says "oh my god, I can't sell you that." I then see why, it's damaged on both driver's side fenders. Ron asks if I wanted to drive the Kicks, sure, and I did but advised it helped me know that a truck is what I wanted. I leave, check in hand but no vehicle to purchase. To top this cluster, I get home and about an hour later, I get a call from Jason, asking me how I'm doing today, looking for me since he hadn't seen me at the dealership. I let him know, oh no, I was there as I'd agreed, but where were you? Explained the whole s-show I had with Ron and them selling my truck right out from under my nose 30 min before I arrived. He's apologetic, going to make it right, let me get started on it. He called a few hours later, had found another truck but when I look it up through CarFax, no way am I buying a truck that spent 2 years on a beach in Florida with that salt mist air corrosion. I texted him back and said no thanks and never heard from anyone again. I get in this pandemic era that it's a seller's market but remember this, one day it won't be a seller's market and you'll be looking for people to come in and spend their money there. I had money in hand, ready to drive home with a truck that I really wanted and they screwed me hard. Never, ever again will my shadow darken the doorstep of this place. More
