I was interested in two used trucks they have, both had problems I could see in the pictures online but we’re not deal breakers. The sales person I talked to on the phone left out some very important detai problems I could see in the pictures online but we’re not deal breakers. The sales person I talked to on the phone left out some very important details, I drove the hour and twenty minutes to the dealership. I got to the dealership and the first truck had all the issues I had seen plus many more including a Christmas tree of warning lights on the dash, windows that didn’t work and the truck wouldn’t even come out of gear so it could be test driven at first. After getting it to come out of gear so the trip wouldn’t be a total waist of time The problems the truck had only got worse. I didn’t even bother with the other truck as the problems I had seen in the pictures were three times as bad in person. Both trucks were priced as if they were 8 or 9 out of ten and they were a 5 or 6 out of 10 then to make matters worse they gave me the lowest of lowball offers for my trade. This place is the definition of slimy car dealership. More

I received a flyer for Discount on An oil and filter change for $49.00. After it was completed, the bill came to $67.99. I checked the bill and the $49.00 was only for Labor. I then had to pay $30.51 fo change for $49.00. After it was completed, the bill came to $67.99. I checked the bill and the $49.00 was only for Labor. I then had to pay $30.51 for the oil and Filter. After adding $5.45 for Misc, they gave me $20 off. Resulting in the $67.99 charge . She then tore up the flyer, I gave her with the $49.00 oil and filter change. Ripped off at the Nissan Dealer! Stay far away from the dealership. The bad reviews are true and believe them. We bought a used car and expect it to be mechanical sound and reliable turns out it's not after the said mechanics worked on i true and believe them.
