To top it off with this miserable experience last Thursday the car was making a loud noise and was barely pulling. I called the dealership and they offered an appointment for Monday. On Friday the car just was not going at all. On Saturday I called and Lyn got it picked up. To my surprise I found out that the wheels were not tightened. What kind of careless act is this it coukd have been worse where I could have met in an accident. Then I also realised that they still did not change the label showing that they changed the oil. they are ready to charge these fees but does sloppy work.

AGAIN! Had a scheduled appointment notating I would need a shuttle ride. When I got to my appointment - 5 minutes early I might add - I again told Thomas (Manager) that I would need a shuttle. He couldn't locate anyone, said it was out and would be back for me. I waited for 30 minutes with NOTHING! Went to ask Thomas (Manager) what the status was, he called because he had no idea, and after that all he could tell me was the shuttle driver was still out on a run. Couldn't tell me how long it would be, didn't offer to see if anyone else could shuttle me. Told me the shuttle was a COURTESY and its hard to schedule for everyone...yada, yada, yada! After xxxxxxxx enough he "found" some keys to an Armada and gave me a ride himself! Go figure!
