We bought a Used Certified 2026 Highlander Hybrid on 9/3/2026 with low milage. We also bought bumper to bumper warranty. Our entire family owns Toyotas, including sons and daughters, and this is our 1 9/3/2026 with low milage. We also bought bumper to bumper warranty. Our entire family owns Toyotas, including sons and daughters, and this is our 10 plus Toyota over the last 30 years. On day one on the way home, reported on 9/4/2026, we saw some pretty severe defects on displays (3 different ones). I reported to the delivery team and they referred to the service department, both stating they didn't understand how it got overlooked before sale when being certified. We went through the process of repair over next couple weeks. The service dept informed us that they couldn't do anything without approval of Sales Managers because the 30 day or bumper to bumper warranty didn't cover this problem. Round Rock Toyota sales managers didn't respond to their own service department, nor have they responded to numerous phone calls from me and my husband for the last two weeks. We cannot get a return call telling us why. We called the Sales Manager the service department stated they hadn't received a call from, Taylor Peterson, several times, and then called the General Sales manager, Paxton Briggle, and no one will return our calls. I will never do business with this dealership again. Beware if you are buying from Round Rock Toyota. They do not take care of their customers once they get your money. More
