I have dealt with Round Rock Toyota for many years. Overall my experiences have been very good. However, on my last visit, I went to purchase a vehicle and trade in mine. The first proposal I was given gave the trade-in value of my vehicle as $15,000. That was ridiculous. I submitted a counter offer, along with a copy of my vehicles KBB trade in value. They did not accept my counter offer, but countered back to me giving the trade-in value for my vehicle as $19,000, which was more in line with KBB. So, why not offer me a fair trade in value for my vehicle in the first place? Otherwise, everything went smoothly, and you just need to do your homework before making a purchase, with or without a trade. More
