Tho my sales experience was easy and everyone was attentive and ready to help, once I drove off the lot was a different experience. One point I was told I would have to pay $250-300 for a new fob. 2 days later I was told 1 was in the way from the former owner. Then when it came in I never received a call or communication. I called in to find out where it was to find out it was there. Also my check had been returned because of a signature problem for which I never received a call or communication either. This is inexcusable. I found this out at the same time I called about the fob. More
