Talked to service advisor about dropping truck off for oil change that night told him we were leaving for vacation he said it would be done around 8am dropped it off at 1030pm called at 9am he said it had oil change that night told him we were leaving for vacation he said it would be done around 8am dropped it off at 1030pm called at 9am he said it had not been started then told me they couldn’t find the keys they found them on a desk inside that night I put the keys in the drop box and my truck was the only one in service lane they moved my truck out of the way and put it on the back burner it didn’t get done til 11 am More

Great shop, friendly advisors. Pricing is normally within 10-15% of the competition, my only issues is when I am given a price for a service/repair I want it to be all inclusive. I got a price of $185 and the bill ended up around $230. That’s fine, I just wish that would have been mentioned before the service was performed. Overall the advisor was friendly and timely.
