Good honest folks. This was our second vehicle we have bought from Roundtree. My wife and and I were treated very well. Ryan Conger was our salesman. He went out of his way to explain about the vehicle so we could make an informed decision without us feeling pressured in any way. He was great. Lance McCray was also outstanding. He did his best to make pricing of the vehicle was very fair for us. Kraig Kennington was also outstanding, he handled the paperwork and financing. He was very quick and informative about the process. It is evident that these men have good leaders and leadership based on the way they do business with integrity. I understand now why there are so may repeat customers at Roundtree Moore Chevelet. We will certainly be back as we need vehicles. More

The service was good. But my service rep was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle, and no one there knew about my truck. They actually suggested I come back the next But my service rep was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle, and no one there knew about my truck. They actually suggested I come back the next day!! They had to call the service rep on her day off to determine what to charge me. There needs to better communication between service reps. More
