It was a ridiculous experience. It took over a month. They barely communicated with me. No courtesy car was offered. Was not greeted when I walked in. I had to look around for someone that worked in the service department. I eventually found a young man that didn’t seem to care and was too busy on h I had to look around for someone that worked in the service department.
