Lance was completely rude. Trying to sell a xxx vehicle “as is” for way to much money. Marrissa was a great person to deal with. The service tech did a quick job that cured the car's problem. The contracted service scheduling screwed up things. I called to schedule the service and they gave me a 4 pm appointment. However, when we arrived at the shop two hours later there was apparently no record of it, and the technicians were already going home for the day. Thankfully the shop sup/tech #107309 and Marissa went out of their way to personally get the job done and we were out at around 5:15pm. Interestingly, when I got home I had an e-mail saying we had "missed" our appointment and asking would we like to reschedule... ???? Anyway, the service folks were great..... need to work on the scheduling service. More
