DO NOT TRUST QUOTE! Spoke with Eddie in service quoted me $179 to run computer. We left shop where they also quoted $179 but because they couldn’t get to it that day & Spoke with Eddie in service quoted me $179 to run computer. We left shop where they also quoted $179 but because they couldn’t get to it that day & Eddie said Rountree could, we left & went there instead. 1 & 1/2 hr later, we returned to pick up & was charged over $500! After confronting Eddie that he quoted me $179, he informed me it was $179/ hour! That is not what he quoted me on the phone & not what he told my husband upon arrival. Please make sure you have it in writing before hand & make them stick to their word cause Eddie does not honor his word! Will NEVER go back there! More
