My suburban was in transit to the dealership for over 30 days and they kept me informed throughout the wait with what was going on. They made me aware of the vehicles arrival as soon as it got there and had days and they kept me informed throughout the wait with what was going on. They made me aware of the vehicles arrival as soon as it got there and had it ready to go the next day. When I arrived at the dealership, I did a test drive, changed insurance, and signed the paperwork in 90 minutes total. It was a very pleasant and efficient experience and I appreciated the effort of my sales guy Robert to make sure the process went smooth for me. More
