We came to the dealership to buy a truck for my husband and a couple of days later left with a new vehicle for myself as well. We were extremely pleased and grateful for the kindness and helpfulness from everyone from the receptionist to the GM. We had enthusiastic help along the way from people who weren’t even involved in our sales. (No credit for our transactions). Jayden and Aaron were both top notch to work with. My experience with Rountree Moore Ford Service Department was a horrible experience. There was inadequate and unclear communication.
