I have made car purchases from this dealership 2017. I am what they called a Loyal customer. Not anymore. The Service department is one of the best around. They call you to make a deal and when you arrive expecting toi proceed as discussed on the call. They change the game on you. The lies start. The cars are overpriced to begin with and then they try to get you to buy expensive Junk addons. The one they try to seel is called Advantage. I know because i feel for the scam on a previous purchase. "STAY AWAY" from these scam artists. I am telling everuy one i know to stay away from this dealership. The folks who knew how to treat a customer are no longer working there. I asked to see the Number when i first arrived and never got them from this salesperson. . G. L. w More

Trade in vehicle took forever to get paid off and now temp tag has expired with no DMV contact. Try to call dealership and they don’t return calls. Currently sitting on hold now for over 15 minutes waiting on finance. Guess they decided to go home. As long as they get that sale, they don’t care about the backend it seems. I would love for the GM to contact me. More
