Last year we had bought a Kia Sorento and we loved it, but it wasn't meeting all our needs, so Lori Hewitt came to our rescue once again. She saw us pulling into the lot and immediately recognized us and met us and although we were unsure we could purchase another Kia so soon, Lori reassured us that it was possible. We have bought a few vehicles from Roundtree Moore and know most of the kind and caring staff so we felt comfortable as Lori stepped into action to make things happen. Our test drive was awesome and Lori pointed out many things we didn't know the car could even do. When Lori told us we were approved and our price was right, we knew Lori and Roundtree Moore helped make dreams come true. And another surprising thing is, Lori and most of the people who worked there when we bought our first car are still working there and I know why. It's because it's a wonderful place to work and they all work as a team and we truly admire that. Lori has not only sold us two cars, she's become a part of our family and we totally trust her, because she works hard and goes above and beyond to help us. Lori is never too busy to tend to our needs and is always available to help us. We want to thank Lori Hewitt for everything she's done for us and for making our dreams come true.
