Excellent Experience, All Around I have been to a number of dealerships in the Columbus area, some good some bad, but this one had to be the best we've had. We were met with excellent service from Brandon Post, who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. In general, the staff were very friendly (sitting in the waiting room for a brief period, I had a chance to observe staff interact with other customers and their families with integrity, warmth, and directness). The general vibe of Roush Honda is not like the other dealerships I've been to, I wasn't met with a sense of urgency or pressure, but rather a very collaborative approach where we worked together to make the deal. The staff took their time to answer my questions and were patient with us, even when we needed to talk amongst ourselves. I would definitely recommend Roush to others! More
