His exact words were "I know you're looking at competitors, but you never liked your Chevy in the first place so I'm surprised you're going back to them." I never said I didn't like my Chevy, I was just exploring my options. I'm shocked that anyone trying to get my business would leave a rude voicemail and this is absolutely NOT the way to get my business.
