Great Deal - Great Service! The salespeople I dealt with by email and in person, were prompt, courteous and well informed. The negotiation process was not adversarial and they let me keep the car overnight so my local mechanic could go over it. I was very impressed with their vehicle prep. We were a little disappointed today to see that our 2016 CRV loaded Honda had depreciated so much in value in a 6 month time frame and were unable to trade it in for a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid for a comparable price.. very surprising since we've been told Honda's hold their value but no worries, it would have just been nice to have had the Hybrid. After deciding to bite the bullet and look at a new cars, we did our research and requested an online quote with Roush (as we have used Roush for much of our service in the past). Mark presented a great offer through this program, and we were given a fair trade-in value for our car. We were casually presented with add-on options, but never pressured to include these. Karen, who managed the financial piece, was thorough but also low-pressure in regards to various coverage packages. All the while, everyone in the dealership was welcoming to and patient with our two young children, who were eager to test out the show room cars, and were, of course, antsy a various times during the process. We appreciated the experience and would recommend the dealership to those looking to purchase or maintain Honda vehicles. More
