I had a pleasant experience at Roush Honda. My salesman, Bill Seibert, was professional, courteous, and humorous. I appreciated his humor and knowledge of the product. I had zero experience buying cars from dealerships before my trip to Roush Honda. My auto purchase started with just a phone call at lunch one day. Lori gave me generalized examples of people in my situation who she was able to help, so I decided to come in to look around. There was zero pressure. I knew I wanted a smaller, fuel-efficient car, but wasn't sure how small I could go (I'm a big guy). No problem! I was walked through and offered to sit in and test drive as many cars as I wanted, and there was no pressure whatsoever. The only car Lori wanted me to have was the one that I felt was right for me and that fell within my budgetary constraints. I'm ecstatic with the vehicle I drove away with, and every compliment I've received on my new Honda is met with a resounding endorsement of Rausch Honda. I don't care if I move across the country, I'll come back to Roush for my next Honda for sure. More
