Why is their awesomeness so unique? I bought my Jeep at another dealer. I then brought my vehicle in for them to look at something for me when the other dealer told me that it was my im I bought my Jeep at another dealer. I then brought my vehicle in for them to look at something for me when the other dealer told me that it was my imagination. They identified the problem, ordered the parts, and took care of me without any hassle or problem. They were most courteous and kind. My Jeep then had a recall. I did not think twice about where I was bringing it this time. They checked it out and told me when I should bring it back to get the necessary parts installed. They gave me a time window as I was waiting for it. During that time some of the employees were talking with me about various vehicles. I was so impressed by their knowledge of each trim level on each model AND for each year! They never made me feel pressure to buy a car or even hinted as such. What I do know is that when the time comes, I will be heading there to buy it. For now I am just thankful for their service department. This dealer is awesome, but why is their kindness in that industry so unique? There are NO stereotypical car salesmen here....... More

Happy Jeep owner First and foremost, I want to make sure that everyone reading this knows to go see Andrew Gayles-Jones when purchasing or leasing a vehicle from Route First and foremost, I want to make sure that everyone reading this knows to go see Andrew Gayles-Jones when purchasing or leasing a vehicle from Route 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I brought home my 3rd wrangler yesterday, this time a Rubicon, and Andrew's knowledge, patience, and professionalism, helped me to make a very difficult decision between models (including the JLU's that I had been considering) and options and really find what was best for me. He never got tired of my endless questions or walked away to help another customer. A normally very stressful buying experience wasn't stressful at all and I left knowing that I got a good deal. As for the dealership as a whole, my suggestion would be that they add another business/finance person because the wait to sign all the paperwork was several hours. Also, a year of free oil changes is not included with the purchase of a new vehicle like some other dealers. Other than that, great experience. More

I came in over the weekend with no trade minimal down payment but in need of a So a coworker of mine recommended I go to route 1 usa and ask for max. I came in over the weekend with no trade minimal down payment but in need of a pick up so I can fit my dog crates in the bed when we travel to local dog shows. I show under adba and over the years I've found that the more dogs I bring the better chance I have to get a win some where in some competition. Nothing fancy just durable. He aced it. He really did just make my summer a little easier. I'll update with the record after this upcoming show season. Thanx max. More
