A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I spoke to two different internet people prior to my making the trip to the dealership, the last one being David. I told them I would need to test dri I spoke to two different internet people prior to my making the trip to the dealership, the last one being David. I told them I would need to test drive the vehicle for at least 45 minutes to be sure I would be comfortable in it. They assured me this would not be a problem but they would check with management which confirmed this would be fine. I drove the hour to the dealership, yes, one hour and was greeted by Don who turned me over to Andrew. So far so good. The car was pulled around and I gave it a visual and then asked Andrew for the test drive. As he was getting in the car I said are you sure you want to go on a 45 minute test drive. He responded "nobody told me!" and went to check with management. He came back and said the battery was dead and the car couldn't be taken on a long test drive. WHAT?? I went into the show room and asked who was in charge. A man behind the desk said he was and I related how two internet people and one manager said the long test drive was fine and that I had driven and hour to get there only to find the test drive would not happen. He arrogantly SHOUTED, FINE, TAKE IT AND BREAK DOWN! I DONT CARE! What an idiot. I left. The behavior and social skills of the live people I dealt with was appalling, rude and totally unprofessional. In full disclosure, the internet manager Don, called me as I was driving on my hour trip home and asked what they could do to remedy the situation. Nothing. You get one shot to make a first impression. Yours was awful. You knew I was coming, you knew I was driving an hour and you couldn't be bothered prepping the car properly knowing I required a test drive? Disgusting dealership. More

Furthermore, the vehicle is in excellent condition. The oil is perfect, I can tell it was actually changed before going up for sale. All the fluids were good. The brakes are good too, I probably have another few months before I will need to change the rear brake pads. The rotors are in perfect condition. It appears that the rear ties are the original Bridgestone low profiles that came with the vehicle, and the grad is still good. The front ones have been replaced with a cheaper option, but this is common practice. The only reason I don't give a 5 star rating is that it would have been nice to be offered a coffee or water. I was there a few hours, but that's not the end of the world. More
