No hard sells for things in fact they did everything to save me some money. Also I bought the vehicle here it was used did my research and the salesman was terrific . The finance guy was great no hard sell I bought a warranty as my son was driving it, it was expensive there was no hard sell at all. It was the best thing I ever did as I said my son drives it. JP and the warranty have saved me several times. Folks this is a good place to shop and service your car. More

I was taken advantage of more than once, lies on top of lies and tricks, They did everything they could to make sure I kept a vehicle they know I was not happy with, knowing there was other options, but dragged me along with lies on top of lies. I didn't get to test drive the vehicle nor was lead to believe the vehicle I brought was the only one I qualified for, liars. I found out I could have change the vehicle if I was not happy with it and my 2004 had more in it then this 2017 vehicle I was trick to get because I was told a lie about my credit score, there was other vehicles I know I could have gotten, but that lying saleperson worked with the lying financial person and sold me what he wanted to sale, liar liar liars including that lying manager More

I explained to Paul what we were looking for and he then began to show us many very attractive RAM 1500 pickups. Paul gave us the keys to one and my girlfriend and I took a quick ride. Upon returning from the test drive Mr. Falciglia Showed us one more truck that we ended up leaving with. I felt that Paul gave us a very competitive price and wasn't trying to get one over on us. Through Edmunds.com, last week got" internet" lead to Don Newberry and Dave Teste (very personable guys) and invited to "visit" the NEW dealership, Then was introduced to our "NEW" salesman (3 days young) Paul Falciglia , who took the time to show me and test drive 3 cars , Renegade, Compass, Cherokee, We must have spent 2 hours with him and really couldn't decide what I wanted, Patiently listening to what I really wanted versus what I really need, found one that was at the warehouse and had it brought up to the dealer that night, Working hard, Paul able to get me a deal that fit my budget, Working with Damen Krone(great finance guy) we were able to get me into the lease NEW car , the Cherokee, very happy with how it ride and the room and its looks outside and inside, and it has the items in it I needed More
