Straight forward and honest experience!!! I NEVER write reviews, but I could not miss this opportunity: Route 1 USA was the second dealership I visited in a day looking for a Jeep Grand Cherok I NEVER write reviews, but I could not miss this opportunity: Route 1 USA was the second dealership I visited in a day looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I almost did not stop in after a long day and an awkward experience at the first dealership, however if I would have decided otherwise I really would have missed a great experience. Andrew Gayles-Jones made this the best car buying experience for me. I will admit when I first walked in the salesroom I was a bit on edge. After spending time having a realistic discussion with Andrew he laid out my options and let me make the best decision for my overall needs with no pressure. As if that was not good enough he really went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied as well as my daughter. My daughter’s car was traded in as part of the deal, but she forgot her plates on a desk in the salesroom. Andrew did not bother to call us to return to the dealership, instead he surrendered the plates at the DMV himself. I hope many read this who interact or work in various service industries are reminded of the importance of integrity, identifying with customer needs, and having honest dialogue, it really does go a long way!!! This is my first Jeep and not only am I enjoying my new Grand Cherokee and feel I received a fair price, but I am still awe with how straight forward and honest the entire process was allowing me to smile each time I share this experience.
