False, misleading and deceptive offers I received an unsolicited offer in the mail, that appeared to be a check for $2,500 with a personal, handwritten note from Dustin Corbet, the General I received an unsolicited offer in the mail, that appeared to be a check for $2,500 with a personal, handwritten note from Dustin Corbet, the General Sales Manager, that included the following offer, and I quote, " I am prepared to cover up to $2,500 toward your remaining monthly payments on your current Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram or up to $2,500 toward the purchase of a new or pre-owned Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram." I took in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had two months left on the lease, expecting to take advantage of the offer to cover my remaining two payments of $580 each. My Jeep had only 36,000 miles on a 52,500 mile lease. I was told the offer to cover remaining payments was only good if I agreed to purchase or lease a new vehicle from this dealer. I was not interested in another Jeep or any other Chrysler product. I just wanted out of my lease. This dealer refused to stand behind its written offer to "cover up to $2,500 toward....remaining lease payments". I don't know about you, but I don't see any language in this offer regarding lease payments saying it is contingent on buying another vehicle from this dealer. To me it reads $2,500 toward lease payments or $2,500 toward a new vehicle. The English is very plain and easy to understand. Since they refused to honor their straight up offer, I asked for a compromise because my Jeep had so few miles. They told me they could buy a Jeep like mine for $2,500 less than the buy-out amount in my lease, and that amount contemplated 52,500 miles not 35,000 miles!! Looks to me like even high-end Jeeps don't come close to holding their value. I left my Jeep with them so I could end my insurance coverage and get it off my driveway, but I'm still stuck with $1,160 of payments on the lease. This sort of false, misleading and deceptive sales practice is unforgivable. And the loss in value of the Jeep product is unbelievable. I most certainly would never do business with this Dealer, or buy a Jeep, ever again. WmJC More

Unprofessional Sales Manager with Attitude I will not recommend this to any buyers. My experience with this dealership is the worse one. The sales guy was nice and we had a deal and we agree I will not recommend this to any buyers. My experience with this dealership is the worse one. The sales guy was nice and we had a deal and we agreed on a deal and we shook hands; when we are about to sign the paper works the sales manager came and tried to jack up the price as he mentioned the sales guy was confused on the price and if I have to get the deal I will have to pay more. This definitely shows utter unprofessional attitude of the sales manager where he cancelled the deal that was already agreed between the buyer and the sales guy but also he mentioned his sales guy was confused and can't decide which shows his disrespect to his own sales team. Please avoid this dealership; they try to jack up the price even after the deal was agreed. There are other dealers who are far more professional with more friendly and educated sales manager. More
