Helpful and friendly I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon wandered around looking to test drive a new Grand Cherokee to have Alex kindly greet us. We worked together on getting the right vehicle located and prepared and he went out of his way to ensure we were being taken care of through the whole process even though I clearly expressed I was not ready to buy that day. Alex was confident in his pricing and asked us to shop around and let him earn our business which speaks volumes on how transparent and confident they are. My wife and I recently purchased a Dodge Ram from Route 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We received excellent service and got the deal we were looking for. We had been to several other dealerships, but none were willing to budge on their prices. Route 1 Sales Consultant Brien Schreiber worked with us to make sure we were satisfied, and when we didn’t get the stereo system we wanted, he offered to throw in running boards instead. We also got money off for being retired military. He was flexible in his dealings and a pleasure to work with. The Finance Manager, Damen Krone, was very attentive to all our questions, made sure we understood everything, and even gave us a break on a tire protection package. This transaction occurred on Xmas Eve, and he was hoping to get out a little early, but he took his time with us and made sure we were good to go before everything was finalized. It was a pleasure doing Business at Route 1 Chrysler. More
