The salesman, Horace, was knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted and was interested in purchasing. He was able to answer all our questions comparing and contrasting the various models of Jeeps, highlighting the differences in the packages available. My favorite aspect of the experience was for two women who walk into a dealership the low pressure attitude he had all through the process. That isn't to say that Horace didn't care about me as a customer. I just did not feel the hard sell that I have experienced in the past from so many car dealers. I have never felt this calm and relaxed while shopping for a car. More
